Service Description and Privacy Policy:
Samsung's VPN proxy servers fetch and compress or optimize HTTP and HTTPS web content requested by your applications (including videos), then deliver the smaller-sized content package back to your device using a secure HTTPS connection.
Additionally, Samsung Max VPN service creates a secure tunnel connection for your UDP requests to prevent domain name server (DNS) request leakage to your network router or internet service provider. You may choose to resolve DNS requests on Samsung Max servers or select another DNS provider.
Samsung Max application will create a randomly generated identifier which will be used to provide you an uninterrupted Samsung Max VPN experience. This Samsung Max VPN service ID will not be used to collect your data.
If you agree Samsung Max VPN app and service may collect a limited amount of data on your device usage, in order to provide a high-quality VPN app and service experience. Below is a description of the data that is collected and for what purposes:
• If you agree, Samsung Max will collect App interactions, Crash logs and Diagnostics data for analytics purposes. This is optional.
• If you agree, Samsung Max will collect and share Advertising ID for advertising and marketing purposes. This is optional.
• If you sign into the Samsung Max VPN app using Samsung Account, Samsung Max VPN will collect Samsung Account ID for app functionality and account management purposes. This is optional.
• If you purchase a plan in Samsung Max VPN app, Samsung Max VPN will collect details of the purchase and related subscription.
• Samsung Max VPN will collect Firebase ID for service health analytics and developer communication purposes. This is optional.
Data collected by Samsung Max VPN might be transferred and stored outside of the country of your residence. Data is stored in the USA. Before it reaches its storage location it will be transferred via servers in one of following locations: Brazil, France, Germany, Great Britain, India, Japan, Netherlands, South Korea and Singapore.

We may disable some of these providers dynamically, or add or remove providers from this list from time to time.
